Needed: 1.75 X 3 Inch Flex Section for TGP Crossover repair

I was told by a local shop that he would need 1.75 X 3 inch flex section to repair my cross over pipe. He could not get this from his supplier... now i need to find it. no luck on the information super highway yet... any ideas?:think:

Everything I found is a 4" length.

 

Just get the 1.75 x 4 and tell him to make it fit, or he's worthless.

just make sure it doesn't have an inner weave or remove it from the new flex because it will deteriorate. My just got sucked through the turbo but I had no damage I think it went through the wastegate so maybe I got luck but still

Most people use the 1.75 x 4'' flexes in their repairs...

What brand flex were you using?

I seriously dont remember all I can tell you is that the inside of the flex is missing I will put up a pic

FWIW, Jeff M. used to use flexes on his x-overs that had an inner locking style liner inside instead of the braided style. ^I have no clue about the quality of those flexes, I just came across the pictures showing the different style liners.
