god910
I just got done putting a new heater core in my 92 Cutty, and really would like to replace the heater hose "adaptation" that the P/O installed in place of the rusted out heater hose/metal line that goes back to the water pump. Any updates on where to get it, or an aftermarket company (Perhaps something that won't rust from the inside out!!) that makes something for me. TIA. mdelorie
you mean the metal line that runs from the water pump, around the passenger side of the firewall, to the core? 70 bux CDN... dealer only item. Nearly as much of a pain to change as a heater core.
Guest Anonymous
Mine cost me around $40 at the GM dealer.
The Burning Rom
Mine was around $50 at the local dealer. Pain in the ass to change. My previous LE still has the rubber hose I installed as a temporary fix for it...since I rolled it before I had a chance to replace it with a steel line
