Where can you buy the 3 port rubber vacuum connect on the throttle body 1991 ero lumina 3.1 L

How many more threads you going to open for this?

Dealerships should still carry them, but it will probably include the entire vacuum "spider"(all the hard vacuum lines that attach to the throttle body block and run under the upper intake to various things). Should be around $30-35ish for the whole assembly if I remember correctly.

You can buy just the T-connector at the dealer. Its about $3. Dont have the p/n handy, but I can get it. In my city, the Buick dealer even told me what other dealer had them in stock. So I picked one up at the Chevy dealer, who had it in stock

mine is loose and keeps falling out

You can use a ty-wrap as a temp fix to tighten up a loose connection, as long as the rubber is not split
