94vertluvr Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 I'm trying to get my Olds convertible on the road; just put in a nice low mileage 3.4L DOHC; but found out that the tranny might be bad. Someone said it has the 4t60e tranny; is this correct? Number 2 will any 4t60e tranny work in this car; bolt up and function properly? If I have to replace it is this tranny a good and reliable one or is there another that would bolt up and function properly and be more reliable?
