stockgp
i bought all new pushrods, guide plates and lifters for my 1.6 rocker swap. problem is, when i was installing the intake pushrods, i noticed that they are about 1/32" too long as compared to the old ones. is this going to pose much of a problem? GOT2B GM
as long as they don't hold the valve from closing completely...
stockgp
that's pretty much waht i'm asking. if they're going to hold the valves open. i guess i'll have to rent a compression tester and see happen to know what the compression should be? spiderw31
happen to know what the compression should be? I don't know what it should be, but I know it shouldn't be zero! If your valves are held open, it will be pretty darn low. If I had to guess though, compression should be maybe about 150 or so?

stockgp
well that's discouraging. i checked number 6 with both sets of pushrods, and both read right at
