intake and valvetraine torque specs?

i can't find my haynes manual, and i need the torque specs for the rocker studs, rocker nuts, and the upper and lower intake manifold bolts

1990 3.1:

 

Lower intake manifold bolts - tighten to 15ft-lbs in sequence, then tighten them to 24 ft-lbs.

Upper intake manifold - 16 ft-lbs, there is no sequence for these.

Rocker arm studs - 47 ft-lbs

Rocker arm nuts - 18 ft-lbs

Rocker cover/valve cover bolts(just in case you want to torque those too) 89in-lbs(note this is in inch-lbs!)
