Dark Ride
I busted my 6-point 15mm socket with my breaker bar today on the first subframe bolt I tried. What do you guys use when you come across seized up subframe bolts. I really don't wanna screw these up.

If you can break an impact socket...damn.

Is it the front or rear?
Dark Ride
Fronts, is there a way to access the top of the bolts?

Dark Ride
The Impact socket with the big breaker bar worked well, thanks. I tried using an impact on all four to start, and I got two that way, but the driver's side was really seized, at one point I was sure I had sheared them off, but I got really lucky. alec_b
You're lucky they came out and didn't break the welded nut off the back. Then you REALLY have a problem.

Thats what happened to me a few months back. I ordered a new nut from the dealer and just recently got mine replaced. I hope to never fo that again! lol Mine was the driver rear and I cut through the floor from inside and replaced it.
