Dash swap 93 Lumina Z34

I have a 1993 Lumina Z34 and as I sit here at 330 AM i had a glorious idea! I have always liked the look of the 90-93 Grand Prix dashes versus the one in my Lumina. Has anyone put one of those along with the door panels in a Lumina? What all would be needed, obviously the dash and door panels but any other trim, wires, or HVAC stuff?

 

Another reason for this swap idea is so I can easily add HUD to it. I also already have a GP console and DIC installed so wtf might as well go for broke!

Its possible, But Not super easy. It has been done.

Except for the few losers (like me) who have nothing better to do on their weekends, W-body is generally pretty slow during the weekends... it picks up during the week. You just need to be a bit more patient.

possible, but general PITA.

 

i would swap in a early cutty dash for the digi UB3 though.
