Grand Prix A/C

Ok guys, a co-worker of mine has a 2nd Gen GTP, im not sure what year.

 

Its got Dual Zone climate control, she said for a while the drivers side vents would blow warm air, even when the a/c was on but the passengers side would blow cold air.

 

Now she said it blows warm air from both sides.

 

Do you guys think the climate controls went bad? Or do you think its an actual a/c problem?

 

**Also i know some cars have the door in the a/c unit that sometimes doesnt open/close all the way.

 

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Or the A/C charge is low.

Welp, i feel like a tool for not checking the FAQ. However you did re-assure me of my two assumptions, i already told her about the website, i'll pass this information on to her though.
