Vacuum 'T' to intake on L36 [SOLVED]

Anyone know where or even IF I can get a replacement for this vacuum 'T'? It connects into the intake it looks like. Then the sides goto the fuel pressure regulator and the transmission (maybe the modulator?). It's immediately to the left of the TPS.

 

I checked on RockAuto, as well as Advance Auto Parts and O'Reilly Auto. Couldn't find it.

Go to the dealer. I had that same dumb thing break on my Bonneville. It was less then $5.

Actually, I just glued it back together and heat shrinked it and electrical taped it and it was good to go.
