Wiring in a push start button?

Its an idea ive had for a while. Looks like youd have to hook a pos feed to one side of a relay and YEL(right after ignition switch) on the other. Could probably use the ignition power. Opinions?

Yay i wired it in this afternoon. It took a little more research and wiring that i originally expected but its still not bad. If anyones interested i can post a wiring diagram.

Yeah honestly this mod is in no way necessary but its a cool feature to have. Im eventually going to upgrade my button to on from a honda s2000. They have a little chrome ring around a red button that says "engine start" and its backlit at night.

I agree. If you're turning the key anyway, might as well turn it that extra 5-degrees!

I want fully keyless pushbutton start (and keyless entry too) that senses a special transponder credit card I keep in my wallet.

I drove a car like this when i worked for the dealer. When i go so many feet from the car it locked. or unlocked. and you just had the have key fob in the car. Or it would not start.
