What is the paint code, and back it up with a good pic? I found possibly an awesome color from a '98 Intrigue: some pics it looks gunmetal, some it looks like copper? I like the pics where it looks like (duh) gunmetal! Aaron Posted September 30, 2003 Report Share Posted September 30, 2003 my intake was powdercoated in gunmetal, but i dont know if that will help ya or not. i think gunmetal is too dark, id suggest a silver color, you might wanna look at michael's car, it is silver and looks badass that way. J Posted September 30, 2003 Report Share Posted September 30, 2003 I like mikez34's color car, it was a dark gray i think it was a factory color. when my car went in for paint (from getting keyed) i either got it a much brighter white or piad extra to do the door jambs and inside of the doors in the color on my moms 2003 Adtro van (dark gray metallic) it's pretty aparent that i didn't ahve any more cash, but if i hasd to do it all ocer again i'd do the dark gray metallic. mfewtrail Posted September 30, 2003 Report Share Posted September 30, 2003 for whoever asked about galaxy silver, it's used on the 97+ GP's(not to be mistaken w/ silvermist metallic like my car)....was the galaxy silver used on older models as well and is it the same as the newer "galaxy silver"..just curious..oh yeah, that guy w/ the Lumina that started as a Euro Coupe IIRC and did the L67 swap and put the razzi kit on it has his car painted a gunmetal looking gray...it was in a post a long while back, I forget his sn as he doesn't post much/at all here anymore. I was thinking that the GP in your sig was the galaxy silver. Personally I like the galaxy silver a lot. I think it would look really sweet on your 89.
