Someone please fix my miss!!

Off and on my regal will miss (sometimes worse that others) when i get into the upper rpms (4500+). i finally caught it on a scan and for every time it misses the timing adv and injector pulse width drop out to nothing, so i dont think its spark blowout or bad wires or somthing of that nature. Im kinda lost as to where to start looking, my only thoughts were like icm, cps, or mabey grounds? i dont want to go out and buy all this shit if it wont fix my problem. any ideas fellas?

One of the reasons I buy GM Wires only.

 

Id pick up some platinum Ac Delco plugs and wires from the dealer.

this is the only time ive been scanning and it has missed, (only once here). but usually its quite a few random misses starting around 4500-5000 rpm. im going to work on getting a scan of that.

IIRC, I have some 3800 coils sitting in my garage. Or maybe they are 3100, I can't remember.

 

If I find that they are 3800, pay shipping and they are yours.

appreciate the offer but i have brand new coils, it was one of the first things i did.
