Help with removing my 4000rpm rev limiter!

Alright I thought I could live with it for a while but it's getting annoying at times. I have my range switch in and set to park. Everything works exactly how I want it to except the limiter. Anybody know a way to remove it without throwing a code or not starting?

put the switch to netural and you wont have the 4k rev limiter...

THIS.

easiest method without any known side-effects... EGR and CCP might be disabled though, but they would be in park as well.

they wont be disabled in netural as the car still gets a known paramiter for speed ect, if your cars in park, it shouldnt have a speed reading

i've managed to get VSS activity in park before... probably due to all of my plug wire's resistance totaled not equaling one normal wire's resistance...:P

and it look like any time there is any significant amount of throttle, regardless of PRNDL status, CCP can become activated given the engine has been running for 180 seconds, at normal operating temp, MPH is greater than 3, and throttle % is also greater than 3.

EGR should have similar requirements.
