A/C Compressor question

Will a 95 AC compressor fit a 1992 cutlass? The 95 is 134 the 92 is using redtek 12A. Can i use the 95 with the redtek 12 or does it have to be 134?

i would switch it all over to 134 with a kit that comes with the low and high end valves for filling. even the modified 12 will be hard to get a hold of in a few years. epa sucks.

It depends on what the 95 AC compressor came off of. I know 3100 compressors are different. 3.4 DOHC should be the same, I think.

I disagree. the fittings are different. you'll most likely need a 91-93 (and 94 lumina) w-body compressor.

Agreed. 94 - 97 3100 and 3.4 DOHC used the same compressor, which was different than Pre-94.

I stand corrected, though they do mount the same. At some point, the 3100s have completely different mounts.
