digitaloutsider
God I would love to put you in the passenger seat of the Regal to prove you wrong. I picked up a LOT of power by porting the heads. Yes Andrei, I have enough of a rudimentary understanding of engines to know that porting heads works. I wasn't clear. I meant the porting the stock exhaust manifolds, in which I still stand by my original statement.

The only half-decent ones I remember seeing were the ones on my '87 bonneville. That car had the old 3.8 HO (pre-3800) and had a HUGE front manifold that was totally different than the newer style. Of course I can't find a picture now...

First mod I'm doing to the L67 when it goes in is the same thing I did to my L27 heads; a nice smoothing of ridges, opening up of the exhaust ports, a LIM and SC porting, and smoothing of the combustion chamber. Jonpro03
does anybody have a picture of the engine mount on the passenger side. My directions say to remove the engine mount bracket bolts from the engine, but I have no idea where they are, how many or how to get to them! The engine is still in the car
