Myotis1134
Ok, got the sub-frame from Wasilla, going to clean it up- maybe POR-15 it. Does anyone know if there is a write up on the bushings? I'd like to stick some polyurethane in there, as the vibration-transfer shouldn't translate too badly, and the added stiffness should be an improvement. I just want the size of the bushings, otherwise I'll just measure off of the good side. I've browsed the stickies for poly-bushings, but they all seem to be for suspension. 19Cutlass94
As far as I know, no one makes poly bushings for our engine cradle. I would just use regular brand new ones, I dont think theres very many options here.

mfewtrail
Does anyone know if there is a write up on the bushings? http://www.w-body.com/content.php/195-1st-gen-subframe-bushing-replacement Just for future reference: The main page http://www.w-body.com has writeups under technical info, common problems, etc. for various things. Alternatively, you can browse through the FAQ section on the forum to find other writeups/common issues that are covered there.
