jeremy
I love them, and yes the 89 has a shift light. fwiw: my '90 STE had a shift light too
GOT2B GM
i'd have to guess that it's from one of these! seems like a rather cheap cluster for that car though...
RobertISaar
that's MUCH more fitting for the car.
alec_b
Yup that's the one! Except mine had the better looking dot matrix gear indicator instead of the cheaper "PRNDL" indicator that the newer ones got.
alec_b
I got 2 crappy camera phone shots of the UB3 I installed in the regal, night idling and day driving:

Cam'ron
looking back i should have started the car to make the idiot lights go away for this pic haha. (day i first looked at the Jr car.)
alec_b
That's weird the metric dale erndhart (spelling) cluster is different than the english one. I just drove one today and it had his whole name spelled out instead of just "Dale Jr".
Cam'ron
you were in an intimidator, this is a Dale Jr Edition
alec_b
That's true, now that I think of it it was an intimidator. I didn't know they made more than one "Dale xxx" edition MC.
Z34guy
That's true, now that I think of it it was an intimidator. I didn't know they made more than one "Dale xxx" edition MC. There were 3 nascar variant special editions I know of. the Dale Jr edition The Dale Earnhardt "Intimidater" and the Jeff Gordon edition. RobertISaar
there was also a tony stewart monte IIRC... and WOW, the digi UB3 is a must for me... that base cluster is WAY too bare.
alec_b
Yup he definitely has an intimidator. His looks just like that, same color scheme and everything.
Cam'ron
there was sorta 2 Dale Sr. Intimidator editions. 2002 and 2004 IIRC. the 2002 was black with silver GFX i believe some of the 2004's were given the red GFX but most were silver. 2002 wasnt blown either just the 2004 2002 - Dale Sr (might not have actually been labelled the intimidator, not totally sure did have some Dale Sr stuff.) 2003 - Jeff Gordon 2004 - Dale Jr & Intimidator 2005 - Tony Stewart 2006 - no special Nascar branded model. Looks-wise, I'd take a Jeff Gordon edition. I love the ghosted flames. If I were actually thinking, I'd take one of the Earnhardt edition cars. Probaby a Dale Sr version. and the 2004 SS thing 2004: standard L36. optional L67. 2005 standard L67

alec_b
You can add console to both the '91 Regal clusters. That was mine. However, my UB3 came out of a column shifted car. Both of the cadillac clusters were console cars as well, but the 99 shows the gear selector in the cluster.
