How often do I need to oil/grease the tracks. B. What do I use to do so? C. I leave the car inside all the time, so I don't close the sunroof. Is it going to do any damage to any of the components leaving it open all the time? I know they sound like newb questions, but I'm a newb when it comes to sunroofs! Addicted to eaton Posted April 11, 2010 Report Share Posted April 11, 2010 i close mine when ever possible. Grease it when you feel needed. I use white grease. Dont leave it open. If its in side or not. You will do your self favors by closeing it when not in it (dust, anything) cat gets in the Shop you park it in, And wala nice car to get in.
