Addicted to eaton
Ok, after I did all the work to the car. I started it, Put water in it, and I drove it. I come back to the shop and turned the car off. I Get back in the car and go to try and start it, Nothing I go to turn the key off. But it won’t let me pull it out of the ignition; it also would not let me take it out of park. I change the fuse for ignition one and it would let me remove the key, and put it in netural. But when I go to start it It still just turns all the dash light off and does nothing? Checked all fuses and relays. Everything is good now. When i do go to start it i can hear what sounds like a relay clicking.
Biohazed
sounds like a bad battery connection. check all your wires from the battery and check for corrosion or damage

AL
If you have a multimeter handy, check for power to the starter, might be an ignition switch problem or a dead battery
Addicted to eaton
well, I found the problem and i fee rather stupid, But i dont understand it. When i would go to start the car i would hear a tick. All my lights would go off, SO i to my 8mm ratching wrench. took off Both battery cables. And put them back in, Tried it again, No luck checked the fuse and my friend we had a Blown one. i changed it, Still no luck starting it. I then turned the key to the On mode, and jumped the started. Here is the weird thing, It started chanking. Motor start it still was cranking. I Ran to the drivers side door. Took the key out, Guess what!? it was still cranking! LOL i took the battery cables off, and back on. No problems 15-20 starts later, Still no porblems.
Pontiac6KSTEAWD
I would replace that starter. When it had the accident, something might have pushed/hit that starter solenoid that is making it stick. But thats me..

Biohazed
x2 on changing the starter it could very well do it again. the problem is accident cars sometimes have more damage than you can see i.e. damage to mechanical systems
