OldsCrazy
I got bit I bought some Boston Acoustics’ 6 1/2's for the rear because my local stereo shop said so, then I took the panel off to find out they were 5 1/4's. The covers need to come off to get the speaker out so be careful because the nut likes to break off. If the plastic breaks off it has a small hole where you can add a small screw and washer to keep the grill on. To get the speaker out I broke off the rivit on the back side of the speaker so I didn't tear the quarter trip panel and then used a screw and nut to mount the speakers. Also make sure that you don't buy a speaker that sticks out to far, I had to mount the Boston's on the inside of the panel instead of the outside to get the grill on. I imagine the same is for the door speakers but I have not gotten that far yet.
