Hey Everyone! I don't post on this site every often. But i have owned a 1995 Cutlass Supreme for the last 6 years. Anyways, I am posting because i am in the process of resurrecting my version of the FFP motor mounts. I am a Mechanical Engineer and design and program a CNC mill. I have gotten quite a bit of information off of searches. What i would like to know are each front motor mount on all the different w-bodies differ? I have a prototype of one for a 3100 with the brackets switch to the older style.

Across the Ws the front motor mounts should be the same, if they have the same engine. I don't believe there are any special cases. Of course, the 3.4L DOHC only uses one really short one. Like you alluded to, you can use 3100 dogbones if you also swap out their brackets.

I'll be in for a set of the 3.1 bones (longer) and a dohc one (shorter).. That's awesome somebody is going to reproduce some long discontinued parts. I'm in the process of trying to copy the ffp coilover mount. I have the part drawed up on cad and printed out. Just need the program made for the CNC and the material and I'll have some made up. 2 sets for me and a few to sell if intrest. But I'll want the motor mounts.

Btw ffp probably used the fiero poly inserts from energy suspension dice that's all ES makes that's damn close.

yeah the energy suspension bushings are what i have as of right now. Ill take some pics soon when i get a chance. But they have the same cutout in the center almost identical to the ffp ones.

If you need someone to write the CNC code for you I can. You will just have to tweak it for your machine.
