roomylumy Posted March 10, 2010 Report Share Posted March 10, 2010 I have a 2000 Buick Century, and the rear seat belt will not extend. it is locked in the retracted position. Does this need to be replaced, or is there a way to free it up. No matter how slow i pull it, it won't come out. Thanks for any input. rockfangd Posted March 11, 2010 Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 Make sure it is retracted ompletely then try to pull it very slowly. Chances are the locking tab is stuck.
