ss427
Did you check with the GM dealer? My parts guys at Emerson Chevy in Auburn can get me pretty much anything, though it sometimes takes a week or two.

Those are the way to go. Ill have to see if I have my receipt somewhere as it has the part numbers on it. I got some from a local dealer (Axlerod Pontiac) all I got was just all the bushings and they were $85w/tax

xtremerevolution
Why is everyone trying to reduce deflection? Doesn't the Cobalt SS go around the 'ring faster than a WRX STi with rubber bushings? Doesn't a brand new Corvette z06 handle like a dream and use rubber bushings? I'm all for tightening up my sway bar and my control arm where its proven the difference can be huge, but I'm wondering if its a good idea to make your car handle like its on rails when its really not on rails. Just a thought. I picked up 4 of these bushings from rockauto for my subframe last year.
douellette
yeah well amazon cancelled my order cause they dont actually have the bushing. it says "usually ships in 1-3 months" where can i get the front bushings?? besides the dealership

White93z34
When you get them and goto replace them it will be obvious what is what. I replace the bolts just to be safe, if the retainers are alright i reuse them
CSI_MuNkY
The retainers are the formed steel plates that go between the bushing and the bolt, correct? Then the bushing goes between the retainer and the body. FWIW, I am going to be working with a local machine shop to machine Delrin replacement bushings. I am just waiting to get my hands on a friends set of spare bushings. Poly was not available from the shop I am going to, but Delrin seems to be the material of choice for subframe bushing in the protouring crowd anyways. If its good enough for them, it's good enough for anyone here. Jamie
