Anybody here get it ? The December '03 issue has part 5 of a series on tweaking a supercharged GTP and they have an article on the GM test mule for the "300 GPX" concept car. It was a modified '95 with a prototype intercooled, supercharged 3800 Series II and a prototype of the 4T65E with a prtotype Thorsen LSD. It had a "one off" functional ram air hood and custom 17 X 8 wheels. Pretty neat car, somebody needs to produce that hood for the aftermarket.

 

Not too often you find a mag with FWD GM articles on a regular basis.

They had a really good article in there last year about INTENSE-RACING's 1.9 rockers and dynos on them for the L36 and L67

I like the GP GTX ram-air hood, and that's pretty similar if I remember it right. My brother's girlfriend's father has a '99 or so black GP GTX and that thing is bad-ass looking.

 

Yeah, I like High Performance Pontiac, and they do a lot of 3800 tech articles in it too. It's not everyday you see GM FWD cars in a performance magazine. 8)

Decent magazine, I used to have a subscription 3 or 4 years ago. They still never said shit about the 3.4 thats why I don't subscribe anymore. They have permanent boners for the L67 though.

Good magazine. Haven't got the December Issue in the mail yet. :dammit: Can't wait to get it.
