will seat coverings interchange left to right ?

I have not looked closely as my car is buried and covered for the winter, but I am wondering if the left and right front bucket coverings will interchange side-to-side on a 94 cutlass vert w/ leather?

If you don't mind the power seat controls, hand lever controls, etc.... not matching up. You will have holes.
