Q-Ball
Well I got everything apart on the Regal. I am re doing the LIM Gaskets. Opening everything up, is it still possible to do a flush for my coolant? Or would it be better just clean it all and rebuild it than do a coolant flush? Night Fury
I suppose you could take off the lower rad hose and then run clean water through the coolant passages, but I wouldn't call it efficient or even effective...
KingVee
Now that it's all opened, I don't think you can. That is if I understood your question correctly.
Q-Ball
Yes, everything is taken apart. I'm thinking I'll try and clean it as best as I can than re flush it when its all back together. On a side note, whats the easiest way to get all my grungy looking stuff looking clean again? My rear valve cover looks like years of oil and dirt built up on it. I was thinking of an engine degreaser and scrubbing?

Yeah, I couldn't even get dawn to clean it up easily on mine..... full strength simple green or engine degreaser like you said?
Addicted To Boost
Industrial Grade Simple Green works well for cleaning. Or you can use straight Purple Power... don't let that stuff sit for any period of time though, that shit will corrode aluminum and burn your hands to all hell.
