Jonpro03
Something weird happened yesterday... I went and started the car and the starter motor kept running, it disengaged from the flywheel though. After 5 minutes of driving the starter got smoking hot. After I turned the car off, the starter kept running and within minutes the battery died. When I hook the car up for a jump, the starter runs immediately and turning the key to start has no effect on it. Its a high torque mini if that helps... Where should I start? Is this a wiring problem or a starter problem?
RobertISaar
uhhh..... sounds like the solenoid's junk and the starter itself likely is now as well...
