Redfox340 Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 You demanding little bitch... what's the major component always discussed on a W-Body. I'm betting it's a Crank Position Sensor, but I don't know exact dimensions / materials. - Erik Quote
Robby1870 Posted September 21, 2003 Report Posted September 21, 2003 Its either the crank sensor or the knock sensor. Im going to say its the crank sensor, but Im pretty sure the knock sensor is back there somewhere Robby Quote
Aaron Posted September 21, 2003 Author Report Posted September 21, 2003 that might be it. it isnt the knock sensor, ive changed that b4 and knwo what it looks like. the metal cylinder part slides into a hole itnto the block, then a bolt holds a clip that holds it in there. i broke that clip, but it is part of the sensor. thanks Quote

Aaron Posted September 21, 2003 Author Report Posted September 21, 2003 nope. its right behind the alt cooling duct, and it does screw directly into the block. Quote
