225/35 is a smaller sidewall then a 245/35 .....if you run a 245/45/20 tire your speedo is going to be WAY off

You SURE about that? Your pic looks more like 245/35-20.

245/45-20 is a huge-ass truck/SUV tire.

That would look ridiculous on a W-body, IMO. Not to mention I doubt you'd be able to steer with beefy tires like that.

the 45s have an extra inch of sidewall compared to the 35s... and is a total of 2" taller...
