Laprecio
This is the second time I've had to work on/replace power steering lines on my 93 supreme. Both times I cussed out the nameless engineers that came up with that bonehead design. "Threw together as an afterthought") is an apt description. Felt like I was working on a 82 ford escort (Pinto with it's engine turned sideways with no thought of how it would affect serviceability). Irritation factor was higher than changing out a cutlass alternator (or changing the back spark plugs) and slightly higher than replacing the lock-up solenoid in the transmission. Crazy K
tip: the low pressure loop from a 94+ supreme will fit the 93... and are easier to install. I substituted the 94's low pressure line cooling loop which stays at the rear of the frame for the 93- one, which goes under the engine. I simply removed all hoses, added bubble flares to the end of each metal section, and used power steering hose and hose clamps, available from your local part store. Works flawlessly still.
