Backup Light Panel Removal

'95 CSV. Getting some condensation in one of the backup lights. Pulled the bulb socket and the gasket seems to be sealing fine. Now I'm trying to remove the whole panel. Took off the 6 10mm speed nuts, but something is still holding it. What else is holding it?

I am not 100% sure, but I think the two bolts that hold on that loop, where the deck lid latches into, need to be

removed.

I'm not sure but you might have to remove both taillights also
