bluegp
Here's another 1st gen GP with 2nd gen GP wheels: Do they work without spacers? It's from eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6422&item=2432933929
The Burning Rom
Hmmm...Daytona Pace Car rims. And NO, they don't work without spacers or wheel adapters. Many people have tried it though...
Zonsolo
I'm thinking they should work fine. Same bolt pattern. And if you go to discounttiredirect and punch up a 91 or 98, they come up the same, a 35-38mm offset on a 115mm bolt circle.. Only thing that could possibly be an issue is the center bore.... My sister in law has a GT with those wheels. Maybe I should just try them...
Brian P
it's hit or miss. There's a '91 base Lumina a few blocks away with the '97 GP SE style ugly-like 5-spoke wheels...well sorta 5 spoke. I didnt see any spacers either

99RegalGS
I was thinking abut buying 4 1999 GP 5 spoke rims. I put one on and the wheel spun w/o problems. I didn't try turning the wheel to see if it rubbed on the wheel well though.
92turboLE
one set im thinking about are the chrome Grand AM gt wheels that are 5 spoke and kinda look like fan blades. anyone know if those would even come close to fitting??? thanks - Justin
Zonsolo
I think grand ams are 5x100 and if they are its a definate no-go.
no1kicker
yeah the grand am's are 5x100. It's a shame cause the 3 spoke lok nice esp in white.
mfewtrail
the guy on ebay(first post up top^^^^) said he "had a shop do it for him, they used spacers, he doesn't know what else"...I'm sure they had to use longer/stronger studs also because spacers to run those wheels are going to be pretty big(actually deemed "unsafe" by most) EDIT: hit enter too quickly, he only had to use spacers on the front(to clear the calipers obviously)...I believe he said he doesn't think anything was done to the rear of the car to make them work properly. If you mean these, they are 16"X6.5" with a 115mm bolt circle. The Grand Am (& Alero) got the bigger bolt circle when it was redesigned in '99. I really like those rims too and have wondered about them.
