97 GTP. False misfire reading and loud whistling noise, probably related.

Ok, I have been dealing with this false misfire/irradict misfire code for over two months now and some clues have popped up as to what it may be. Under normal idling conditions, it does have a miss on cylinder 2 which sometimes goes away (it is always random, it does what it wants), but under boost it misses like a madman. When you go WOT, it acts like it is being restricted, and it will lurch the car around a bit and my tach will begin to go nuts. However it drives fine and if the gallon consumption thing on the dash is right I'm getting 23 mpg (which seems right, about half highway half city). Now, after finally getting a front end on the car I have been driving it around a I noticed that...

1. It is burning coolant, none is on the ground but it can down the coolant bottle in about 100 miles. You can also smell it but it is very faint. (SCRATCH THIS, I found out that the upper radiator hose had a leak in it.)

2. A loud whistling noise is present at idle, but disappears under load (under my own research I found that this could possibly point to the LIM gasket, or the supercharger gasket)

Now I would just get the upper rebuild kit, but for 240 dollars that is complete bs. I am hoping these are just symptoms of a LIM gasket, as I can easily fork down the cash for that. I miss my DOHC where it was 100 dollars for the upper rebuild kit.

I don't know how many miles it has on it, but it could be well due for a intake gasket job.

Also, how are the plugs, and are they gaped right?

The motor has 140k on it, and upon further inspection I think I can see someone has already taken RTV to the LIM. I know the cylinder that keeps reading the misfire is gapped right as I pulled it and did that, but all the plugs and wires are new, and I have swapped coils.
