paulo57509 Posted December 5, 2009 Report Share Posted December 5, 2009 I need to replace the ignition switch on my '92 Euro. If I go by the book, I'll have to remove the column from the car. White93z34 Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 I think he is refrenceing the actual switch, which is mounted on the top of the column near the bottom. in which case you need to lower the column. just 4 13mm fasteners and it is down.
