Night Fury Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 My mother's Monte Carlo. She drives it 140 miles a day. In the winter, she has trouble with heat. It keeps getting air in the system. The problem: (rear, drivers side of head) http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x218/NHGC_Vineman/SANY0206.jpg[/img] Front seems to be leaking too, couldn't get a good pic though. Oy vey guess who gets to do this!?!?! Quote

88red4cyl Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 felpro should. its just a metal LIM and UIM thats the only difference. napa sells felpro The LIM and UIM on this car are already metal IIRC, and besides, no coolant goes through them... They redesigned the head gasket/bolts to make the bolts on the corners of the head bigger... Quote
