3pt1lumina
I'm pretty sure it's would be the tensioner and not the pulley. At least that's where I'd start.

Any certain brand you would recommend... Rockauto has a Dorman one for $28, which is almost 1/2 price from Auto Zone... Is it alright or would a more expensive one be better? Also, how does one replace the tensioner? It looks like just one bolt, but there has to be more to it than that...

3pt1lumina
Dorman is a good brand.. We put one on of those my dad's Malibu and it was good... the only other tensioner I have replaced I used a GM one because I was at work and it was convenient.
