CutSupreme93
I just checked for codes using the paper clip method and got 13,22,33,43. all of which seem to be voltage issues does this mean that my alternator isn't working properly or is my thinking totally off? SigEpCutlass
Does your alternator make a loud whine or buzzing like noise when you drive? If so that's a dead give away that the alt is about to crap out on you.

RobertISaar
13 is O2 Sensor, 22 is TPS, 33 is MAP, 43 is Knock Sensor... want the specifics as to what causes the codes to be set?
CutSupreme93
i read what was wrong off of this http://shaunsite.com/error/34error.txt but am trying to figure out if i need to replace everything that threw a code or could something else be wrong that is not allowing the correct voltage to these parts? RobertISaar
bad grounds can cause this type of thing...
CutSupreme93
any idea where all the grounds might be? besides the battery...
RobertISaar
these are the two you should be concerned with. make sure to reset the ECM to clear the codes.
CutSupreme93
reset ecm and didnt even make it through 3 minutes of sitting in drive before it stalled. so i started it and with my foot on the pedal idled at around 1000 let it get to running temp and turned it off went back to check codes again and the only code showing is 43 knock sensor
