Addicted to eaton
Hey guys! i picked up an 89 5 speed today with a 282 in it. 14 miles into the trip and clutch was toast Thats after messing with it for 30 min to get it to start (clutch safety wire came unhooked). Anyways so far i love it.. even if i did only drive it for 20 min! so lets talk clutches. for now i think im going to go with an ACDELCO clutch kit from rocket auto. Its $136.46 Shipped to my door. But later on when im going to put it in the 1997 gtp i was thinking about a spec 2 Anyways Any input on place to get clutches?
Garrett Powered
I got one the other day too got mine for $200 driving but not staying running. just for the trans for my 88. I am thinking about dropping from a spec 3 to a spec 2 because its too harsh.

I bought it for the 5 speed also. to go in my 1997 gtp.
94GPGTP
I Have a spec stage 3 in my Tgp. Too harsh won't slip. I would rather have something slip a little.
