Gas line elbow problems

So 99, chevy lumina 3.8..... the elbow connecting the return fuel line to the fuel rail on the back of the intake manifold is leaking periodically on my car... I wanna get a replacement but i dont know how to put it on, that line seems awfully hard to put a connector in, any ideas on how to do these would be awesome, thanks guys.

is it the plastic flex line? If so I think its like $90 for that line from the filter to the rail
