So i went out in the shop last night and took the Air Dermal to my spare M90

20 min into it and it was going SLOW!!!

Looks a little polished now is all.

 

So i got an idea do drill.

still lots more to do.. im thinking about blocking the Silencer ports off. Anyone ever done this?

Normally I would say hell ya, more power to you man..

 

But when it comes to porting ANYTHING, you cant replace experience, proper testing, and tooling.

 

At the least, dont make it look like a complete ass porting job like Andrei's Jag heads and manifolds

Im about 20 percent done. And bob, Keep person bashing to pm's Its very disrespectful. If you think you can do better, Cool, then do it, But don't disrespect his work or anyone else. its making you look like a total tool.

someone i know has blocked off silencer ports on his top swapped Z34 Monte.........its loud...but honestly not very much more noticeably louder than my Gen 3 w/ the big ass 9'' K&N cone. IMO its not worth it..... (if yer gunna use some material to block them) because that could deteriorate over time and get into yer intake ports and you got problems. Weld em if you are realy determined to block them. Honestly.......any Gen 3 or Gen V will be just as loud with the right intake.
