Mysteriphys
hey, having a few issues, one which was already being discussed in SrMichi's thread so i won't get into it. the main one is: Acceleration into a turn, if it's a hard turn to the right, even if I have half a tank of gas it Drops Rpms to Idle until I get around the turn. my foot is still down to the floor (when I realized it was happening and gave it a real test) couple details that may effect fuel delivery, 1 needs a fuel filler tube that isn't rotted and coated with rtv sealer as a quick fix >.< 2 just got a new gas cap since the rubber on the old one was hard and brittle, haven't tested since 3 I still need new bushings and such hard turning results in heavy tilt like "cool runnings" style tilt :-P any ideas? keep in mind, my car will hit 320,000 kms within the next 6 months (it was 318,000 when I first signed up, I exagerated slightly) (hit 319,000 on a 4 hour trip the other day)
Andrew
common on 1st gens is that the tank baffles have long been broken, causing this in extreme cornering. Does your gas gauge go all the way down to empty during these corners as well?

1990lumina
My guage goes to empty around turns once it hits about half a tank on the guage. Never had a stalling problem thoguh.
