MaroonRegal
Alright. I've only had this car for about a month now, and I love it, I really do. But there's something that bothers me about it. Why did GM decide to screw around with the pillars on our cars. My only complaint about the Regal's appearance is the blacked out A- pillar. I also think the other coupes could look better with bodycolor pillars. The 1st-Gen GP coupe, like the Regal coupe, is missing it's A-pillar. All W-Cutlass Supremes are missing their C-pillar. I realize they were going for a wraparound window effect, but I don't particularly like it. The Lumina's got appropriate colored A- and C-pillars, why didn't the rest of us. I will say I like the blacked out B-Pillar, but really only because it allows the shaved door handle. Thanks for reading my long and pointless rant. GnatGoSplat
I love the blacked out "C" pillar on the Cutlass. Actually, it's even covered under glass and not even blacked out at all. I don't know if I care for the blacked out "A" pillar on the GP, but my GP is black anyway so it doesn't matter. It's good that the "B" pillar is blacked out. If it weren't, that would be ugly. The blacked out pillars look cleaner and sleeker, and matches tinted windows. If none of the pillars were blacked out, the cars would be ugly and I'd probably go buy myself something else. The Burning Rom
I agree..the cars look good with blacked out pillars. And yes, the pillars are blacked out on the GPs, regardless of color.
MaroonRegal
I like the way body-colored pillars break up the windows, that's all.
