It would have to be both attractive and uncommon. Oh, and preferrably front wheel drive.

how are those sc300's in the snow? reliability? maintenance cost?

the 3.2cl's are much too common and not very attractive for her.

The SC300's are good cars. Very good build quality, seem to run forever (IIRC, it's basically a Supra minus the turbo's). A good set of winter/snow tires, and it should be alright.

Aurora? i love me the early models...

She does't like how monte carlos look. She thinks they're quite unattractive.

Just looking around locally, they can be had in that price range pretty easily.

Buy a mint 88 Fiero GT

do they even exist anymore?

its been a long time since i've seen a GT, let alone a 88, and even then they were almost always beat to shit.

You could always get a aftermarket sunroof or moonroof in whatever car she gets. Just something to keep in mind.

There's a white Lumina Z34 at a local body shop here...it's white...looks like a '94.

You could always have a sunroof added, cars tend to cost less here in Tennessee, I paid less than $3,000 for my '95 CS convertible DOHC a couple of months ago...... and she'd still be under budget.

No supercharger, though.

Andrei - I doubt she'd be interested but my 4dr cutlass is white. I'm looking to sell it pretty damn soon. Let me know if there's even the slightest chance she'd be interested. I'd throw in both STBs, the FFP poly dogbones, and an extra set of cutlass 15" alloys if she wanted them. Drop me a PM.

I'll ask her, but for now she's really liking the vw jettas GLI and GLX VR6. She can't stand a slow car, and the GLI is way too expensive. How are those jetta VR6's?

I'm thinking about selling it for 2grand or less if that matters without looking at KBB. All VW with anything other than a 4cyl you should stay way away from.

Can you post a pic of Kristina so I can tell what kind of car might be best for her?

Thanks!
