94 olds vert Posted April 16, 2013 Author Report Posted April 16, 2013 (edited) Polished out the lens.. Painted the bracket white and removed the old rivets. The GPs underhood light was riveted in, so I put this in the CS. Edited April 16, 2013 by 94 olds vert Quote
intern8tion9l Posted April 18, 2013 Report Posted April 18, 2013 When I put the strut brace in my cutlass I had to remove the reel light. Always missed it Quote
94 olds vert Posted April 18, 2013 Author Report Posted April 18, 2013 (edited) I had the same clearance issue. I moved it over slightly so it would clear. Today I got the other side marker painted and tossed it on. I like it. Edited April 18, 2013 by 94 olds vert Quote
rich_e777 Posted April 25, 2013 Report Posted April 25, 2013 (edited) If you get a wire brush on the end of a drill and take that to your plenum i believe you will like the results:thumbsup: Maybe a Dremel or rotary sander as i burned my drill up doing mine. Shit drill to begin with though. Thinking about doing the same with my rims and getting some new clear coat on them would do wonders. White spokes with a red lip + repainted Olds logo would look good. Edited April 25, 2013 by rich_e777 Quote
Psych0matt Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 To do: remove bump strip Otherwise looks great! Although I prefer white top/graphite interior, but you know that Quote
94 olds vert Posted May 6, 2013 Author Report Posted May 6, 2013 (edited) I went out for a drive tonight. I really dig the headlight covers. EDIT: The fogs are really bright now. Edited May 6, 2013 by 94 olds vert Quote
94 olds vert Posted September 13, 2013 Author Report Posted September 13, 2013 I have been rocking the powder coated rims on the Cutty. Quote
94 olds vert Posted October 27, 2013 Author Report Posted October 27, 2013 Today was the last day for a ride in the CSC with the top down and the rest of the season. I have some plans for it this winter. I have lowering springs to put on, new brakes, front struts and new wheel bearings. I have some work to do this winter on it. Going to have it up and running really nice by spring. Quote
94 olds vert Posted July 5, 2014 Author Report Posted July 5, 2014 Damnit this car is still sitting. I need to do something with it. I probably wont. I think I want a 95 or a 90/91 for my next vert. That silver 90 is pretty hot. Quote
Nas Escobar Posted July 5, 2014 Report Posted July 5, 2014 Damn man, I'm seriously thinking going to Cali and getting parts for my CSC... Quote
94 olds vert Posted July 5, 2014 Author Report Posted July 5, 2014 I would rather just bring home a whole Cali CSC. Quote

Nas Escobar Posted July 5, 2014 Report Posted July 5, 2014 Uh...Jay this isnt the Junkyard car thread but whatever:showoff: I think he's just bored and wants to help you find parts for your car.... lol I wish someone would be bored enough to get me parts for my car in those states... I'd pay the price for the parts, shipping plus a bit extra for the trouble. It would be less than flying to the state, renting a car (if they even allow me to get one), getting a hotel, plus having to ship big items back to DC. SMH Quote
94 olds vert Posted July 5, 2014 Author Report Posted July 5, 2014 Nope dont need anymore parts. I got a shed full. Lol Quote
94 olds vert Posted July 5, 2014 Author Report Posted July 5, 2014 SHIT...I am sorry. Hang on. I thought it was. Its good. Im just actually surprised you found this thread. Its been inactive for a while. Quote

94 olds vert Posted October 19, 2014 Author Report Posted October 19, 2014 Got the 'vert out today and replaced the TSS. Wasn't too bad of a job. I put 7 miles on this car today. First time this car has had any miles on it in over a year. Runs a little rough, but that could be from the old gas, and it probably needs a bit of a tune up since it has been sitting around for a while. Plans for it. Get it insured and plated, and drive it around a bit before the weather turns. Get a feel for what needs to be done to it and come spring I can hopefully sell it. Looking pretty good for a now 21 year old car. Quote
Nas Escobar Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 How much would you want for it? Quote
Psych0matt Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 Too bad it's got the red interior that I hate, otherwise I'd probably consider it Quote
94 olds vert Posted October 20, 2014 Author Report Posted October 20, 2014 I could swap it out for you. I just need a black dash with HUD. Lol Quote
Psych0matt Posted October 20, 2014 Report Posted October 20, 2014 If you had all the pieces otherwise I wouldn't have a problem doing it (or helping or whatever). I don't know how much you're gonna ask for it though, it may or may not even be an option Quote
