Damn i love these cars, they still look better than just about anything the automakers come out with today. I was looking at your reverse lights and i was wondering if you did something to kindof seperate the 3 different sub0sections or is it just the way it looks in the pic at the top of this page. Im trying to re-do mine to make it look as if there are 3 instead of just one large one and im thinking about going to LED there. This thread is making me want to start one for my CS but i`d forget i made one til it gets to 10 pages in:lol:

 

Always thought a T-top would look good on a w-body CS, just an idea ive been thinking about.

I think that's just the angle of the picture that makes them look like they are separate parts.

 

I do love the style of these cars. The lines are timeless. At least to me they are. I have thought about putting HIDs in the back for lights.

The cutty needed a rear bumper was in need of replacement. When I found a really nice bumper with dual exhuast cut outs last weekend. It was time to replace it.

 

Flaws with the old bumper.

 

 

 

The terrible sag above the exhaust tips.

 

 

New bumper installed. Looks great on the car. I'll get some better pictures when I get home.

Man i cant wait til i can get mine looking as new as this one, my bumpers are both worn and faded and the body is full of dents and scratches and then the drivers side is all messed up due to a chevy truck sliding across it in the parking lot. Plus the clear coat is in need of replacing on most of the car. One day maybe.

I'm still deciding on a full re-spray, but my paint is still very nice.These cars are worth fixing up.

as long as you don't notice tone differences, i'd say let it be.

 

when it comes to paint, don't fix what isn't broken.

There is a slight difference in paint color. When it's in the sun it looks great.

That new bumper looks nice! Now just get a white reverse bar already, have you ever considered painting your current one white?

Thanks, not something that I want to do. I have the ability to paint it, but it's not something I want to tackle. I do have one it's just somewhere in Canada and I guess they are hard to get across the boarder. Lol

 

 

It's a really nice car and it would be hard to find something I like that's newer to replace her.

Thanks to Rich and Spencer I now have a white reverse bar. I've wanted one of these for such a long time. I really think it helps to complete the car. I also through in a set of HID bulbs I had for the reverse lights.

Thanks guys! I'll keep my eye out for one around here. I haven't been able to come across one in a while. It's amazing how such a small change can completely change the look of the car. Looking at these pictures I keep telling myself that is not my car. lol

Tonight I took this car for a bit of joy ride and the weather was great the car ran good. This is just a fun car to drive and I love to drive it. It makes me sad it is time to put it away already. It seems like yesterday I just took it out. I hate thinking about this car in the depth of winter weather. It just kills me knowing this car is sitting and waiting.

 

Last picture of the night. With the head lights on. I believe these are 4000k or 6000k. I forget which.

No such thing as to many pics! I wish that I could have gotten mine out today, but no such luck! But we will have our Indian summer sometime in the near future and some nice weekends to come, I may have to get mine out then.
