94 olds vert
It used to go up and down very slowly and now...nothing does anyone have any idea how to fix one and do i need a new one? I no it works and the fuse is good I think it has a lot of corrosion on it so how do i clean that off? There is an access panel to the trunk it looks like the door should come off, but i have had no luck in getting it off anyone no how to take it off without breaking it? Addicted2bass
Most likely the motor is burned out. Check also to see if it has power going to it.

94 olds vert
I fixed this a long time ago. If anyone is interested I used one of a firebird convertible. The mount was a little different, but works like new.
rockfangd
time for a replacement. The shaft usually corrodes and the more it does the slower the antenna works, then it finally runs the motor down till it stops working
