raymire59 Posted August 23, 2009 Report Posted August 23, 2009 Have a 1990 GP with leather interior. When I purchased the vehicle, the headrests on the back seats were already sun faded. Was getting ready to do the Lexol thing & was wondering if there was anything that could be done to bring back some of the color (tan). Thanks Quote
slick Posted August 23, 2009 Report Posted August 23, 2009 They do make leather dies, that won't give it a painted, dried out feeling. That should give some of the color back. Probably won't find anything listed for the GP's, however I'm sure the color is similar to what was used in the Corvettes and F-body's, so you may have better luck looking for tan leather dye that route. raymire59 Posted August 23, 2009 Author Report Posted August 23, 2009 Thanks for the info. Haven't really had much to do with leather in the past. I guess once the color is gone, it's gone. Quote
