I am wondering how to get the tilt lever out of the mechanism, I'm looking to see why my tilt won't fully lock in the bottom positions.

I think the "bottom position" is not actually intended to be a selectable position?

Thanks for the reply, the web page didn't quite go far enough, its geared toward turn signal replacement, I'm past that point. I agree with the bottom position not being anything but its the bottom 2 that have gotten weird (won't lock in as if something is in the way).

Well I answered my own Question, there is a pin in the front of the mechanism that holds the lever in. I've attached 2 pictures in case anyone else is intrested.
