AWeb80
Too late to join the party? I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to find a skid pad somewhere..... My only hold back is my not-as-grippy-as-I'd-like tires.... ...where do I start.... ST Lowering springs in Front KYB GR2's all around FFP CO's in the rear CS vert 3.1 bar Aweb rear bar 34mm front sway bar with Energy poly Addco 7/8" Revised bar with Energy poly GMPP trailing arms Custom Energy Suspension front control arm bushings (1 of 3 1st gen w-bodies with this mod, and the 2nd to do it) 1/8" Aluminum wheel spacers. Fuzion ZRi 245/50/16 Summer Performance tires. I think that is it.... My car should handle VERY similar to Andrei's....and if he pulled a .91 on 15" crappy tires.....I know I'm doing better.....and for those who have driven my car...you will know what Andrei's feels like. RobertISaar
dead stock with the exception of my monster of a FSTB... that alone turned the MC from a boat into the corner carving W it is now... i just need tires that aren't from the 90s, and an alignment... pontiacmaniac94
well, the red one: Front STB (Buick bastardization) Rear STB (Buick as well) Handles alright, she is stiff, and uncomfortable. the yellow: Bone stock, but I bet could blow the doors off anything already posted....(and in my defense, it doesn't say which car that yours handles better than)
CSI_MuNkY
LoL I should hope it handles better than a 15 year old car of any sort. And Adam, you definitely need to get some sticky tires! Once I get the GTP properly running again I will be looking into renting some skid pad time at Shannonville Speedway, its only a few hours north/east of where I live. Unfortunately I think that makes it like a 30 hour drive for you Jamie

Even Kyle said his Z34 handled better than his Z06.

That's my exact set-up minus the poly control bushings (waiting to see the tubular ones supposedly in the works) and a gen 2 bar instead of a vert bar. How much worse is the ride quality than stock? New tires helped, but mine is still way more harsh than stock and I'm not convinced everything is right.
AWeb80
the ride quality....I guess it doesn't bother me. It is a little more jittery but road noise isn't obnoxious at all. I guess, I didn't notice any above what I had previous.

AWeb80
ya, I don't think so....but after driving the Aurora for a while I can see what a luxury car feels like over the GP...LOL It's not harsh, but deff not a stock FE3....I love it this way. jman093
hmmm, I really need to figure out what's up with mine. It's the one thing about the car that bothers me.
pontiacmaniac94
yes, but which one sounds better? and goes in a straight line better? sorry, I have to defend my pride somehow. Night Fury
It amazes me how well these cars handle. I took the '89 with 100% stock suspension on corners I wouldn't DARE take my '05 on, even within the first week of owning the 89 compared to 8 months later with the 05, along with dual STB bars...
